足陽明胃經

足陽明胃經

起於鼻翼兩側（迎香），上行到鼻根部，與旁側足太陽膀胱經交會，向下沿著鼻的外側（承泣），入上齒齦，回出環繞口唇，向下交會於頦唇溝內承漿穴（任脈）處，再向後沿著口腮後下方，出於下頜大迎處，沿著下頜角頰車，上行耳前，經過上關（足少陽膽經），沿髮際至額（頭維），與督脈會於神庭。

面部支脈：從大迎前下走人迎，沿著喉嚨，會大椎，入缺盆，向下通過橫膈，屬胃，絡於脾臟。

缺盆部直行支脈：經乳頭，向下挾臍旁，入小腹兩側氣衝。

胃下口部支脈：沿腹裡向下到氣衝處與前脈會合，再由此向下至髀關，直抵伏兔部，下至膝臏，沿著脛骨前脊外側，下經足背，進入足第二趾外側端（厲兌）。

脛部支脈：從膝下三寸（足三里）處分出，進入足中趾外側。

足背部支脈：從足背上（衝陽）分出，進入足大趾內側端（隱白），與足太陰脾經相接。

在面部，口角外侧，上直瞳孔。正坐或仰卧，眼向前平视，于瞳孔垂线与口角水平线之交点处取穴。

大迎 Daying

在下颌角前方，咬肌附着部的前缘，当面动脉搏动处。闭口鼓腮，在下颌骨边缘现一沟形，按之有动脉搏动处取穴。

颊车 Jiache

在面颊部，下颌角前上方约一横指(中指)，当咀嚼时咬肌隆起，按之凹陷处。正坐或侧伏，开口取穴，在下颌角前上方一横指凹陷中。如上下齿用力咬紧，在隆起的咬肌高点处取穴。

下关 Xiaguan

在面部耳前方，当颧弓与下颌切迹所形成的凹隐中。正坐或侧伏，在颧弓下缘凹陷处，下颌骨髁状突稍前方，闭口取穴。

头维 Touwei

在头侧部，在额角发际上0.5寸，头正中线旁4.5寸。当鬓发前缘直上入发际0.5寸，距神庭穴4.5寸处取穴。

人迎 Renying

在颈部，喉结旁，当胸锁乳突肌的前缘，颈总动脉搏动处。正坐仰靠，与喉结相平，在胸锁乳突肌前缘，距喉结1.5寸处取穴。

水突 Shuitu

在颈部，胸锁乳突肌的前缘，当人迎与气舍连线的中点。正坐仰靠，在人迎与气舍之中间，胸锁乳突肌前缘取穴。

气舍 Qishe

颈部，当锁骨内侧端的上缘，胸锁乳突肌的胸骨头与锁骨头之间。正坐仰靠，在锁骨内侧端之上缘，当胸锁乳突肌的胸骨头与锁骨头之间取穴。

缺盆 Quepen

在锁骨上窝中央，距前正中线4寸。正坐仰靠，在乳中线上，锁骨上窝中点处取穴。

气户 Qihu

在胸部，当锁骨中点下缘，距前正中线4寸。仰卧位，在乳中线上，当锁骨中线与第1肋骨之间的凹陷处取穴。

库房 Kufang

在胸部，当第1肋间隙，距前正中线4寸。仰卧位，在乳中线上第1肋间隙中取穴。

屋翳 Wuyi

在胸部，当第2肋间隙，距前正中线4寸。仰卧位，在乳中线上第2肋间隙中取穴。

膺窗 Yingchuang

在胸部，当第3肋间隙，距前正中线4寸。仰卧位，在乳中线上第3肋间隙中取穴。

乳中 Ruzhong

在胸部，当第4肋间隙，乳头中央，距前正中线4寸。乳头正中央。

乳根 Rugen

在胸部，当乳头直下，乳房根部，第5肋间隙，距前正中线4寸。仰卧位，乳头直下，在第5肋间隙中取穴。

不容 Burong

在上腹部，当脐中上6寸，距前正中线2寸。仰卧位，在脐上6寸，巨阙(任脉)旁开2寸处取穴。

承满 Chengman

在上腹部，当脐中上5寸，距前正中线2寸。仰卧位，在脐上5寸，上脘(任脉)旁开2寸处取穴。

梁门 Liangmen

在上腹部，当脐中上4寸，距前正中线2寸。仰卧位，在脐上4寸，中脘(任脉)旁开2寸处取穴。

关门 Guanmen

在大腿前面，髂前上棘与髌底外侧端的连线上，屈股时，平会阴，居缝匠肌外侧凹陷处。仰卧位，在髂前上棘与髌骨底外缘的连线上，平臂横纹，与承扶(膀胱经)相对处取穴。

伏兎 Futu

在大腿前面，当髂前上棘与髌底处侧端的连线上，髌底上6寸。正坐屈膝位，在膝髌上缘上6寸。当髂前上棘与髌骨外上缘的连线上取穴。

阴市 Yinshi

在大腿前面，当髂前上棘与髌底外侧端的连线上，髌底上3寸。正坐屈膝位，在髌骨外上缘上3寸，当髂前上棘与髌骨外上缘的连线上取穴。

梁丘 Liangqiu

屈膝，在大腿前面，当髂前上棘与髌底外侧端的连线上，髌底上2寸。正坐屈膝位，在膝髌上外缘上2寸凹陷处，当髂前上棘与髌骨外上缘的连线上取穴。

犊鼻 Dubi

屈膝，在膝部，髌骨与髌韧带外侧凹陷中。

足三里 Zusanli

在小腿前外侧，当犊鼻下3寸，距胫骨前缘一横指(中指)。正坐屈膝位，于外膝眼(犊鼻)直下一夫(3寸)，距离胫骨前嵴一横指处取穴。

上巨虚 Shangjuxu

在小腿前外侧，当犊鼻下6寸，距胫骨前缘一横指(中指)。正坐屈膝位，在犊鼻下6寸，当足三里与下巨虚连线的中点处取穴。

條口 Tiaokou

在小腿前外侧，当犊鼻下8寸，距胫骨前缘一横指(中指)。正坐屈膝位，在犊鼻下8寸，犊鼻与下巨虚的连线上取穴。

下巨虚 Xiajuxu

在小腿前外侧，当犊鼻下9寸，距胫骨前缘一横指(中指)。

丰隆 Fenglong

在小腿前外侧，当外踝尖上8寸，条口外，距胫骨前缘二横指(中指)。正坐屈膝或仰卧位，在条口穴后方一横指取穴，约当犊鼻与解溪的中点处取穴。

解溪 Jiexi

在足背与小腿交界处的横纹中央凹陷中，当躅长伸肌腱与趾长伸肌腱之间。正坐垂足或仰卧位，平齐外踝高点，在足背与小腿交界处的横纹中，姆长伸肌腱与趾长伸肌腱之间取穴。

冲阳 Chongyang

在足背最高处，当躅长伸肌腱与趾长伸肌腱之间，足背动脉搏动处。正坐垂或仰卧位，距陷谷穴3寸，当足背动脉搏动处取穴。

陷谷 Xiangu

在足背，当第2、3跖骨结合部前方凹陷处。

内庭 Neiting

在足背，当第2、3趾问，趾蹼缘后方赤白肉际处。正坐垂足或仰卧位，在第2跖趾关节前方，第2、3趾缝间的纹头处取穴。

厉兑 Lidui

在足第2趾末节外侧，距趾甲角0.1寸(指寸)。正坐垂足或仰卧位，在第2趾外侧，距爪甲角0.1寸处取穴。

Stomach　Meridian of Foot　Yang-Ming

The stomach meridian of foot yangming starts from the side of the nosewing (Yingxiang, LI 20) and ascends alongside the nose to meet the opposite branch at the bridge of the nose. Then it runs into the inner canthus where it meets taiyang bladder meridian of foot. Turning downwards along the lateral side of the nose, it enters the upper gum. After reemergence, it curves around the lips and its opposite branch descends to meet with the conception vessel at the mentolabial groove (Chengjiang, CV24), where it runs posterolaterally across the lower portion of Daying (ST5). Winding along the angle of the mandible, it ascends along the jaw, passing through the front of the ear and Shangguan (GB3), it runs along the anterior hair line, finally reaching the fore head.

The branch emerging front of Daying (ST5) runs downward to Renying (ST9) where it goes along the throat and enters the supraclavicular fossa (Quepen, ST12). Then it descends through the diaphragm, entering the stomach to which it pertains and connecting with the spleen.

The straight branch of the meridian, starts from the supraclavicular fossa and runs downwards through the nipple. Descending along the line 2 cun lateral to the umbilicus, it enters Qichong (ST30) in the groin.

The branch starting from the lower orifice of the stomach, descends inside the abdomen and meets with the straight portion at Qichong (ST 30). Then it runs downward along the anterior border of the lateral aspect of the tibia and reaches the knee. From there, it continuously runs downwards along the anterior border of the lateral aspect of the tibia, passes through the dorsum of the foot, reaching the lateral side of the tip of the second toe (Lidui, ST45).

The branch separating from the region 3 cun below the knee (Zusanli, ST36) enters the lateral side of the middle toe.

The branch emerging from the dorsum of the foot (Chongyang, ST42), runs forwards into the medial side of the great toe (Yinbai, SP1), where it connects with taiyin spleen meridian of foot.

経絡図＿足の陽明胃経

足の陽明胃経

鼻根に起こり下って鼻の外（承泣穴、四白穴、巨髎穴）を循り、上歯の中に入り、還り出て唇を循り、下って承漿穴で左右が交わる。ついで下顎下縁を循り大迎穴から頬車穴を循り、耳前に上り客主人穴を過ぎ、側頭髪際を循り額顱に至る。その支なるものは、大迎穴の前より人迎穴に下り、喉嚨を循り缺盆穴に入り、膈を下って胃に属し脾を絡う。
その直行するものは、缺盆穴より乳の内廉に下り、下って臍を挾み気衝穴に入る。
その支なるものは、胃口の下に起こり、腹中を循り下って気衝穴に合す。気衝穴から大腿前外側を下り、膝関節を循り、下腿前外側を下り先の本経に合する。
その支なるものは、衝陽穴から別れて第1指に至り、足の太陰脾経に連なる。

取穴：口角の外方4分、鼻唇溝あるいは鼻唇溝の延長線上に取る

大迎 だいげい

取穴：下顎角から下顎体に沿って前方に進め、顔面動脈拍動部に取る

頰車 きょうしゃ

取穴：下顎角の前上方で、歯を噛み締めるとと咬筋が緊張し、力を抜くと陥凹するところに取る

下関 げかん

取穴：頬骨弓下顎中点と下顎切痕との間、口を閉じれば深い陥凹ができ、口を開けば下顎骨関節突起が前に移動して陥凹がなくなるところに取る

頭維 ずい

取穴：額角髪際の後方5分、神庭（督脈）の外方4寸5分に取る

人迎 じんげい

取穴：甲状軟骨上縁の外方で胸鎖乳突筋の前縁、総頸動脈拍動部に取る、扶突（大腸経）の内方にあたる

水突 すいとつ

取穴：人迎の下方で胸鎖乳突筋の前縁、輪状軟骨の高さ、胸鎖乳突筋を挟んで、天鼎（大腸経）と同じ高さにあたる

気舎 きしゃ

取穴：鎖骨内端の上部で、胸鎖乳突筋の二頭筋に取る

缺盆 けつぼん

取穴：前正中線外方4寸の乳頭線上で鎖骨の上方陥凹部に取る

気戸 きこ

取穴：鎖骨の下縁と乳頭線との交点に取る、胃経の胸部の経穴は、前正中線外方4寸、乳頭線上にあたる

庫房 こぼう

取穴：華蓋（任脈）から第1肋間に沿って外方4寸、乳頭線上に取る

屋翳 おくえい

取穴：紫宮（任脈）から第2肋間に沿って外方4寸、乳頭線上に取る

膺窓 ようそう

取穴：玉堂（任脈）から第3肋間に沿って外方4寸、乳頭線上に取る

乳中 にゅうちゅう

取穴：膻中（任脈）から第4肋間に沿って外方4寸、乳頭線上、乳頭部中央に取る

取穴：第5肋間に沿って前正中線から外方4寸、乳頭線上に取る、女性では乳房下縁の中点にあたる

取穴：天枢の上方2寸、下脘（任脈）の外方2寸、腹直筋中に取る

滑肉門 かつにくもん

取穴：天枢の上方1寸、水分（任脈）の外方2寸、腹直筋中に取る

天枢 てんすう

取穴：神闕（任脈）の外方2寸、腹直筋中に取る

外陵 がいりょう

取穴：天枢の下方1寸、陰交（任脈）の外方2寸、腹直筋中に取る

大巨 だいこ

取穴：天枢の下方2寸、石門（任脈）の外方2寸、腹直筋中に取る

水道 すいどう

取穴：天枢の下方3寸、関元（任脈）の外方2寸、腹直筋中に取る

帰来 きらい

取穴：天枢の下4寸、中極（任脈）の外方2寸、腹直筋中に取る

気衝 きしょう

取穴：天枢の下方5寸、曲骨（任脈）の外方2寸、大腿動脈の拍動は気衝より外方に触れることが多い

髀関 ひかん

取穴：上前腸骨棘と膝蓋骨外端とを結ぶ線上で、恥骨結合上縁の高さに取る、股関節と膝をわずかに屈曲し、股関節をわずかに外転し、大腿前内側に加えられた抵抗に抗したとき、三角形の陥凹が現れる。大腿直筋近位部は、内側の縫工筋と外側の大腿筋膜張筋の間の陥凹部にあり、この三角形の頂点の下方にある陥凹の最も深い部分に取る

伏兎 ふくと

取穴：膝蓋骨底外端と髀関を結ぶ線を3等分し、膝蓋骨底外端から約3分の1、大腿直筋の外縁に取る

陰市 いんし

取穴：膝蓋骨底外端の上方3寸、大腿直筋腱の外側縁に取る

梁丘 りょうきゅう

取穴：膝蓋骨底外端の上方2寸、外側広筋と大腿直筋腱との間に取る

犢鼻 とくび

取穴：膝を軽く曲げたとき、膝蓋骨外下方にできる陥凹中に取る、犢鼻から解谿までの長さを便宜上1尺6寸とする

足三里 あしさんり

取穴：犢鼻の下方3寸で腓骨頭の直下と脛骨粗面下端との中間、前脛骨筋中に取る

上巨虚 じょうこきょ

取穴：条口を取り、その上方2寸に取る

条口 じょうこう

取穴：犢鼻と解谿との中点に取る

下巨虚 げこきょ

取穴：条口を取り、その下方1寸に取る

豊隆 ほうりゅう

取穴：条口を取り、その外方1横指（中指）、前脛骨筋の外側縁に取る

解谿 かいけい

取穴：足関節を背屈すると3本の健が現れる。内側から前脛骨筋、長母指伸筋、長指伸筋の健である。本穴は後二者の健の間に取る、内果尖と外果尖との中点にあたる

衝陽 しょうよう

取穴：第2中足骨底と中間楔状骨との間で、足背動脈拍動部に取る

陥谷 かんこく

取穴：第2中足指節関節の後外側陥凹中に取る

内庭 ないてい

取穴：第2・第3中足指節関節間の直前の陥凹部に取る

厲兌 れいだ

取穴：足の第2指爪根部近位縁に引いた線と、外側縁に引いた線との交点に取る
